With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors, in various management positions in different company profiles, Denis Nikola Kulišić has been OIV’s Member of the Management Board – Managing Director (CEO) since December 2025. He is an experienced manager with extensive experience in managing nationally important technological systems and strategic projects.

He began his professional career at Croatian Radiotelevision as a microwave communications system engineer, after which he moved to Siemens in Zagreb and Vienna, where he worked on technical support for sales and development of telecommunications solutions.

He joined OIV in 2002, where he held several leading positions, and in 2008 became the President of the Management Board. His first term was marked by one of the key infrastructure projects in the country - Croatia's transition from analog to digital TV signal transmission, which was implemented under his leadership.

From 2012 to 2022, he built his career in international and regional telecommunications and energy companies. At Telekom Austria Group, he held the position of Director of TV Services Sales for the CEE region. In 2015, he was appointed a Member of the Management Board of Zagreb Holding, and then took on leading positions in the energy and ESCO sector - as a director at Luxor Multiservis, a Member of the Management Board at Sense-ESCO, and a Director and Member of the Management Board of Resalta Group in Zagreb and Ljubljana, where he leads energy efficiency and technological modernization projects.

He returned to OIV in 2022 as a Member of the Management Board in charge of technology, IT and sales. After eighteen years since his first appointment, in December 2025, he again took on a leading position as a Member of the Management Board – Managing Director (CEO), thus continuing his long-standing contribution to the development of the strategic communications infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia.

He was born in 1970 in Zagreb, where he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and a specialist study of strategy and corporate management at the Faculty of Economics. In addition to Croatian, he speaks fluent English and French.
